Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Orders for the US, Canada and Australia are sent from our warehouse in that country. New Zealand orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse.
Processing time
Orders ship within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery normally takes 3–7 business days. Because every order ships from a warehouse in your own region, there is no international customs clearance to wait on.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada and Australia, with no minimum order amount. Orders to New Zealand carry a flat shipping fee of $29, shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as the package is handed to the carrier.
Returns
We do not accept change-of-mind or no-reason returns. These are research compounds, and a vial cannot be re-sold once it has left our warehouse, so all sales are final. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders are a separate matter and are covered below.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at alex.barn001@gmail.com with your order number. Photos of the package, label and contents help us resolve it faster.
